The evening of Monday, 5th December saw Finlay Brewer, one of London's leading independent estate agents, host an  evening of carols at St Matthews Church on the outskirts of Shepherd's Bush.

The beautiful gothic revival church was filled with over a hundred people who joined in with a choir singing traditional Christmas carols followed by canapes and a glass of something warming.

We were delighted that Heartburn Cancer UK was one of the two chosen charities to be supported at the event which was described as enchanting and filled everyone with the spirit of Christmas.

For Finlay Brewer, "Being part of the community is integral to our ethos, as such, we support many local community organisations including schools and charities."

Heartburn Cancer UK would like to thank Finlay Brewer and all the donors for choosing to support us. The festive event raised £1242.80 for the charity and hopefully managed to spread the word of the dangers of persistent heartburn with the audience.
