The wonderful team at The Lanesborough, London added a special lamb dish to their menu during February, for oesophageal cancer awareness month, donating £5 from every plate sold to support our work raising awareness and increasing rates of early diagnosis, raising more than £700. 

As always, our thanks go to the team and customers for their generosity and ongoing support to raise awareness of the early symptoms of this disease which has touched them in various ways. 

We are particularly pleased to be able to share this wonderful recipe so that, you too, can eat like a VIP at The Lanesborough in your very own kitchen - although we are sorry that the service might not be quite the same standard (it certainly isn't in my house!)
