Art of Oesophageal Cancer Exhibition Are you in or around the Manchester Area? Gifted artist and oesophageal cancer survivor Ann, who we featured on our website in June 2019, is currently exhibiting some of her work at The Central Library in Manchester. Manchester born Ann is a keen advocate of raising awareness of both Barrett's oesophagus and oesophageal cancer and wanted to use the opportunity to share her experiences of oesophageal cancer through her pictures and poems. Ann's skills are self taught and started as a pastime during long chemotherapy sessions. The library exhibition, which started on the 10th January - will run throughout February - which, incidentally, is Oesophageal Cancer Awareness Month. If you are unable to attend in person you can support and view Ann's work via the virtual campaign on her Instagram page. The collection is open until the 26th March 2022, Monday-Thursday 9am - 8pm, Friday and Saturday 9am - 5pm and is FREE (voluntary donation to the Central Library if able) to the public.
