This iconic half marathon course is fast and flat, it proudly guides runners through the historic, winding streets of Oxford to the sound of live entertainment.  The Oxford Half Marathon begins in the centre of the city and winds past Old Marston village, the River Cherwell and on to the very impressive Lady Margaret University Hall, the finish line stands at Parks Road.

Runners will be entertained by live music, local Oxford bands and DJs all along the course.  On crossing the finish line not only will you be able to bask in the glory of your achievement, you will receive a finisher shirt, medal, race photos and a tote bag.  In addition to this HCUK will provide you with a free charity running top to wear on the day as well as lots of encouragement and all the support you could need with fundraising.

The 2021 Oxford Half will take place on Sunday 17 October 2021 and all ballot places are now full, so the only way you can grab a place in this outstanding event is by supporting a charity.  You can run to support the essential work of Heartburn Cancer UK for a registration fee of only £20, in return we ask that you raise a minimum of £300 in sponsorship.

The race is organised by LimeLight Sports Club, who have health and safety as their number one priority and will ensure delivery of a seamless, COVID-secure race day experience. You can read more about the event and the safety measures that will be in place here.
